What our Agents say about us

“I have been working for Weichert Realtors Strategic Alliance since 2024. My experience has been more than great it has been exceptional! I was looking for a brokerage that was more of family vibe. I have never been a fan of the "Mega brokerages" I feel those Mega brokerages you get lost in the sauce and your broker does not have that close relationship with you. Pam and Julianna have made the last two years thus far enjoyable. Whenever I have question they are always available. The training classes have been very knowledgeable and I have learned a lot. If you are looking for more of a family vibe and a brokerage where you feel seen and heard definitely choose Weichert Realtors.”

I look forward to building lasting relationships, helping buyers and sellers navigate their next chapter, and making Weichert, Realtors – Strategic Alliance part of my own. This is more than a return to a familiar place—it’s a fresh beginning.”

“I’m happy to be part of Weichert Realtors – Strategic Alliance. From the beginning, I received personalized training and mentorship, and I still get helpful, hands-on support whenever I need it. Our broker is accessible and generous with her time.

We also have access to the office, marketing materials, advertising resources, and an online platform with tools for training, research, marketing, and promoting our services. It even lets us create open house and event check-ins to collect visitor contact information. I’m grateful to belong to a brokerage that offers both excellent resources and personal support.”

“Building a successful real estate business requires the right support system, and Weichert Strategic Alliance has exceeded every expectation. Having access to their My Weichert system has been a total game changer for my operations. Allowing me to schedule, automate emails, and streamline my outreach. It has cut my administrative time significantly, freeing me up to focus on meaningful client follow-ups and scaling my business seamlessly.
Beyond the technology, having direct, immediate access to my broker during tough situations gives me complete confidence in the field. I know I have an elite team in my back pocket ready to help get deals across the finish line. On top of that, the culture here is amazing; it truly feels like a family always ready to step in and support you with any question. If you are looking for a brokerage that truly invests in your success, growth, and education, I couldn't recommend Weichert Realtors Strategic Alliances enough.”
